GrayKitsune (or just Kitsune) is a freelance creative writer by trade. Although she earned a Bachelors degree in Biotechnology in Spring 2024, her dream of helping to brighten the world's future through medical science was dashed following her disillusionment with "science and education as an industry," not the least of which was her experiences in a neurosurgery lab conducting experimentation on live animals.
Having paid much of her university and living expenses with her passion in creative writing, she has since pivoted to taking up the mantle of "creative" full time. She currently lives with her wife, Bella, in South Germany, spending her days drinking coffee, reading voraciously, and writing her way out of having to answer to small men who think themselves great.
Kitsune belives wholeheartedly and passionately in the powers of kindness, justice, and love. She is a feminist, an anti-authoritarian, an anti-capitalist, and an uncompromising believer in trans rights (and women's wrongs).

Writing Passions
I have a special interest in writing character driven narratives, emphasizing unorthodox relationship dynamics, clashes of ideals, and persistence in the face of overwhelming odds. I take special joy in writing unique blends of emotional catharsis, particularly that which might otherwise seem self-contradictory. I'm familiar with advanced narrative and descriptive techniques, such as the use of dynamic narrative "voice," believable yet captivating dialogues, and conveying abstract imagery. I like to think I also bring a characteristic sense of sincerity to the table.
I'm flexible and capable of working within a variety of creative roles. Although I'm perfectly capable of weaving a gripping narrative when given full creative control, I don't mind being given broad or narrow outlines to work from. I'm particularly passionate about character design, from appearances and quirks all the way up to high concept narrative arcs and motifs.
I have no problems with writing erotic fiction - "smut" or otherwise. I am kink-positive, and I am fond of weaving erotic elements into an overarching narrative, including the less savory parts (themes of abuse or noncon, for example). At time of writing, the only sorts of fiction I would consider myself unable to write comfortably would be those that sincerely convey sympathies for fascistic or bigoted viewpoints, ie misogyny or racial supremacy.
Much of my inspiration is derived from my real world experiences with people and institutions, but I've never been shy to draw from history and other media.
